Kenworth passes the others in customer satisfaction

This article reports on the performance of Kenworth in the "2005 Heavy-Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction Study," by the J D Power and Associates. Kenworth ranks the highest for customer satisfaction in three segments. The study includes responses from primary maintainers of two-year-old Class 8 heavy-duty trucks and focused on smaller fleets and owner/operators with an average fleet size of 53 trucks at a single location.
