ABSTRACT
The article reports that law firm Herbert Smith and alliance partner Stibbe have won a contract to advise Tele Atlas regarding its international equity offer and listing on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. The firms obtained the work because of their role on the initial public offering of TomTom earlier in the year. TomTom is Tele Atlas' biggest client.
