ABSTRACT
The article reports that Global Graduates, the organization that provides mentor services to students disadvantaged and state schools in Great Britain, has started a major audit of the diversity policies of law firms. Global Graduates' Diversity Management Survey was launched on November 30, 2005 and will look at recruitment practices of law firms.
