ABSTRACT
The article reports that companies in Great Britain are more likely than those in other European countries to anticipate the possible use of arbitration in case of a dispute. This was discovered in a survey conducted by law firm DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary of more than 120 large firms in Europe. Fifty six percent of British firms had arbitration clauses in contracts, followed by 54 percent of Spanish and Italian companies.
