ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study on the implications of bullying for elementary school children in Seattle, Washington. It states the rate of children involved in bullying. The impact of bullying on the children's performance on academic achievement tests and their records of school attendance, are discussed. It explores how bullying interfere with the effectiveness of teaching.
