ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the use of E-mails for marketing purposes. In the United States approximately 80 percent of the population uses Internet. Many new emerging industries are using Internet and E-mails as a major source of communication to reach maximum numbers of customers. Customers may opt in to receive various brands' newsletters with offers and information of interest. The Internet isn't just about the lowest price-it's about finding what the hospitality industry wants and finding a good value for their money.
