ABSTRACT
The article reports on the instant popularity of Billy's design. A third grade student came up with a design and was paid seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars in check by the Defense Department. The design was eventually paid with a bigger amount and was officially called as the VF-J-R (very flanible/jets/rockets) and had also been modified to carry six nuclear warheads.
