ABSTRACT
This article reports on the selection of Bruce Kelly and Rob Quish as president of North America and president of New York, respectively, at Lowe & Partners/SMS in June 1999. The two join Lee Garfinkel, chairman-chief creative officer and Gary Goldsmith, vice chairman, in steering the agency. Kelly, a former executive vice president-general manager at Lowe, left in 1997 to start the marketing company National Mall Network. He then sold the company to General Growth Properties. Quish moves from Ammirati Puris Lintas, where he was worldwide account director for Iridium and Lego Systems.
