ABSTRACT
This article focuses on San Diego State University's rugby football team. San Diego, California, is one of America's best cities, and the recruiting base for the players is the state of California. Maybe new coach Chuck Long is the answer to the team's problems. It is fantastic that Buffalo State College hired Turner Gill as the nation's fifth African American coach. Buffalo, New York, is the hardest place in the nation to recruit to.
