ABSTRACT
The article considers the application of customer relationship management system by Santa Claus during the Christmas season. Aside from the marketing job for Santa Claus like endorsing products, he has to manage the whole Christmas enterprise. In this latter's activity, he could get help by implementing an elf resource planning. And then, there's the factor of shipping all of Santa's goodies for his customers, which he could use several other systems. Finally, Santa would need contact centers.
