The article offers a look at the implementation of predictive analytics from SPSS PredictiveMarketing at Dutch insurance company FBTO Verzekeringen. The insurance company selected SPSS to identify customers who are more likely to purchase its financial products. Initial implementation of the analytics resulted to a 29% increased profit.
