The article highlights the impact of LA Sight Medical Center's Web site on customer relations and services. The Web site helps spread information about vision correction and eye conditions. The center, through the help of integrator Relationship Automation, used the GoldMine database and customer relationship management software to improve its site, and eventually increased its clients.
