ABSTRACT
The article announces the use of the in-house employee performance evaluation software called MaRS by call center supervisors of the California State Automobile Association. With the use of MaRS, it would easy for supervisors to compile performance statistics. In particular, it saves them time and allows them to focus on their coaching and development responsibilities.
