ABSTRACT
The article reports on the advancements in market programs of various companies. An increase of about 20% is reported in first-aid production during an eight-month test market program for a shelf management system developed by Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey. According to a report by Maxwell Sroge Publishing of Colorado Springs, Colorado, consumer mail order sales reached $29 billion in 1980 and should have topped $32 billion in 1981. Sroge estimates 1980 business-to-business mail order sales at $17.3 billion.
