The article present the budget proposal of the Dyestuffs Manufacturers' Association of India for the year 2006-2007. It proposes the changing of the customs duty structure for fuels, materials and products of the association. It recommends the extension of tax benefits to the association's exporters. It also encourages the modernization of plant and machinery of the industry.
