ABSTRACT
The article reveals the plan of San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association in California to issue requests for proposals for a currency overlay manager and a fund-of-funds manager in December 2005. Don Pierce, investment officer of the association, offered a statement on the issue. The amount of mandate to be handled by managers vying to oversee the overlay portfolio is given.
