ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the newspaper "Washington Post," which invites readers every year to alter an existing word by one letter and provide a new definition for what it means. In continuation of this process, a word "Intaxication" has been accounted as the winner for 2003. The word is defined as "Euphoria at getting a tax refund, which lasts until you realize it was your money to start with."
