My memories of Professor Wilhelm Fresenius

The article offers the author's memories of professor and analytical chemist Wilhelm Fresenius. The author developed a social relationship with Fresenius. It presented examples that describe the development of elementary analysis in relation to the scientific foundations of Fresenius. It provided an overview of the efforts of Fresenius to develop the field analytical chemistry.
