ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the Pac-10 college basketball conference games in the U.S. Through December 10, 2005, the conference ranked 10th in the Ratings Percentage Index standings, behind the Colonial, WAC and Missouri Valley conferences, among others, according to the web site CollegeRPI.com. Pac-10 teams had a record of 45-21 against outside competition. This season, the calendar forces the Pac-10 to begin conference play in the last weekend of December 2005. The Pac-10's teams returned an average of three starters and two double-figure scorers. But it hasn't mattered whether those players were seniors.
