ABSTRACT
The article presents information on quarterbacking in the National Football League (NFL) history. With a bunch of older guys hanging on and delivering subpar performances most weeks, this may be the worst year for quarterbacking in NFL history. The league is heading toward a full-blown QB crisis. But most of the young guns in the league--David Carr, Joey Harrington, Kyle Boiler, even Byron Leftwich--offer all the excitement and promise of a big, fat event.
