The article deals with installers of cable television systems who took advantage of the families whose home they entered to install or repair cable systems. An overview of the case of Ceotis Franks, an installer for Comcast Corp., who raped a woman and almost killed her, was presented. It is suggested that companies should conduct a complete background checks before hiring employees to avoid this kind of problem.
