ABSTRACT
The article presents the views of its author regarding coaching in the National Football League. Besides seeing his Eagles struggle after so many years of winning, coach Andy Reid has endured the Terrell Owens fiasco, the loss of his star quarterback, questions about his play-calling--and on and on. It hasn't been much fun. Nor has it been fun for Houston Texans coach Dom Capers. Houston has won once in 12 tries, fans are calling for his head, and radio and newspaper voices are chronicling the Texans' every shortcoming.
