ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the legislations that emphasizes conservative agenda in the United States. Conservatives are using their legislative majorities to aggressively promote their agenda. Florida, Louisiana, and Virginia recently introduced public indecency bills that would fine people for letting their undergarments peek out of their jeans. Lawmakers in Texas attempted to outlaw sexually suggestive cheerleading, prohibiting students from gyrating provocatively. Both Alabama and Mississippi have laws that prohibit the sale of sex toys, and shopkeepers caught selling them could end up behind bars in Alabama or fined $500 in Mississippi.
