The article focuses on the increase in turnover rates among primary care representatives in the U.S. The impact of turnover on sales was discussed. Changes in the bonus structure occur in relation to market share and volume change. Sales professionals in the pharmaceutical industry must use their skills and talents to their strategic advantage.
