Use of prescription sleep aids increasing

The article discusses a research which cites that an increasing number of young adults and schoolchildren are turning to prescription sleep aids. The research was conducted by Medco Health Solutions Inc. From 2000 to 2004, the number of adults aged 20 to 44 doubled and the number of children aged 10 to 19 using these medicines rose by 85 percent. A nationwide analysis of prescription drug claims was conducted on U.S. population between 2000 and 2004
