ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the efforts of Manchester, England-based Halliwells LLP to become one of the top 25 law firms in the country in terms of turnover. The firm generated a turnover of 50 million British pounds in its 30th year of business and aims to hit 70 million pounds in 2007. In less than two years since Ian Austin became the firm's managing partner, the company has experienced accelerated growth with the addition of more than 30 partners and the opening of an office in London, England.
