ABSTRACT
The article speculates on the controversy that could be generated by European High Yield Association chairman and Latham & Watkins finance partner Bryant Edwards' plan to launch a campaign in January 2006 to persuade the high yield market that it should dilute call protection immediately. Edwards has argued that with the right level of compensation, high yield investors simply have to start being more flexible.
