The article reports that law firms Linklaters and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer have secured roles in soft drinks company Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd.'s initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange in December 2005. Linklaters is said to be advising Britvic, while Freshfields is advising Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, which are leading the flotation.
