ABSTRACT
This article reports on the winners of an annual greeting card contest sponsored by the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, Pier 1 Imports and Weekly Reader, as of December 2005. Anna Hall from Colorado and Adam Carr from Florida won top honors. They won a trip to tour the United Nations in New York City. The drawings will be made into greeting cards. Proceeds will be donated to help children in need overseas. Carr drew a cheerful snowman with a boy hugging its tummy. The design of the drawing of Hall features he word peace, with people around the world holding up the letters.
