ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of the stock of TW Metals from Superior Group, a private holding company by O'Neal Steel Inc. for an undisclosed amount in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The transaction marks O'Neal's fourth acquisition since 1997 and, with the addition of TW Metals' facilities, brings the company's total to more than 60 stocking locations. TW will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of O'Neal Steel.
