It is the latest facility built by the Karolciks which sets out to create a relaxing atmosphere. It has antique scales, antique containers, and even an old fashioned shopping cart. According to Tom Karolcik Jr., who owns and operates Foodland with his father, Tom Karolcik Sr., grocery stores are funny animals and are required to be fine-tuned to the area they are in. Shoppers' response has been fantastic.
