ABSTRACT

Survey of U.S. nonfarm businesses reports an increase of 4% in the first quarter and 2.7% in the second quarter in new plant and equipment spending. David A. Aaker, Professor, School of Business Administration, University of California at Berkeley, has been appointed to the new Shansby Chair in Marketing Strategies.
