ABSTRACT
The article announces the award to be given to McDonald's Corp. McDonald's Corp, the worlds largest food service firm will receive the American Marketing Association's (AMA) Achievement Award for the year 1982. McDonald is based in Oak Brook, Illinois and it operates through its franchisees in different states of the United States. According to the AMA president Joseph H. Rabin, McDonald's was being honored for its sustained and innovative leadership in the fast service restaurant business. The award will be presented at the AMA's annual marketing conference in New York.
