The article describes the filming of the National Geographic television documentary, "Fight Science." The show is slated for a 2006 broadcast and will showcase the science of martial arts. The main challenge for the show's producer, Base Production, was how to produce the documentary in a way that allowed meaningful scientific analysis in a controlled environment on camera. To achieve this goal, Base Production hired mo-cap studio House of Moves to spearhead the construction of a combo live action set/mo-cap stage. The documentary was shot using Fujinon 18x7.6 zoom lenses and one wide-angle Fujinon 13x4.5 lens.
