ABSTRACT

KRG Capital Partners has decided to sell its interest in Corporate Training Holdings Inc. to Jones International Academy Inc. Jupiter Programming Co. Ltd. will change its name to Jupiter TV Co. Ltd. effective January 1, 2006. The revenue of Outdoor Channel Holdings Inc. for the third quarter increased by 4.2% to $11.4 million.
