ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plans of AMC and Spike TV to launch a number of television series by 2006 and 2007. AMC plans to launch two scripted series by 2007. Spike TV, on the other hand, will launch a series based on the main character in the motion picture "Blade." Spike TV is also considering other series that will boost its primetime ratings in 2006.
