ABSTRACT
The article reports that turnaround maestro Allen Questrom took home in 2005 the single-biggest compensation package in the American retailing industry, a $68.2-million paycheck, most of it in the form of stock options. It was the single-biggest paycheck recorded in the U.S. in the six years the "Home Textiles Today" periodical has been tracking retail compensation.
