ABSTRACT
The article presents a discussion of the educational and social conditions in Vietnam. It states the so-called re-education camps, that uses three hundred thousand prisoners to experience slow torture from malnutrition, malaria, and forced labor, including minefield sweeping, which uses humans as minefield detectors.
