The article reports that a bilateral tax information agreement between the Isle of Man and the Netherlands could benefit the broader offshore market. Unlike previous agreements, the current agreement demonstrate elements of reciprocity because by entering into a tax information exchange agreement, the Isle of Man gained a number of concessions. This is part of a package of measures aimed at promoting international business opportunities between the two governments.
