ABSTRACT
The article discusses the legal remedies in Great Britain when the amount of fees and charges drawn by a trustee against the trust estate or otherwise paid by a settlor or the beneficiaries as trustees' fees are not consonant with the trustee's standards of behavior, particularly with regards to an offshore jurisdiction. Issues considered include: when a trustee should be removed; the trustee's continuing duty; when a trustee should resign; and objections to a trustee's fees.
