ABSTRACT
The article presents charts and tables depicting private equity investments in the United States as of November 2005. Third quarter all private equity fundraising is indicated. Regions and states were ranked based on fund transactions, amount of funds and average changes per fund. Venture capital funding is compared with buyout/mezzanine funding from 2004 to 2005.
