ABSTRACT
This article provides information on the fourth annual MenuDirections Conference of FoodService Director which will be held at the Sheraton World Resort in Orlando, Florida from March 19-21, 2006. The event combines keynote presentations, panel discussions and hands-on workshops geared toward non-commercial foodservice professionals. Conference registration is $199, while the Sheraton nightly room rate is $139.
