Focuses on goby roundups organized by Michael Goehle, a biologist at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, in Canal system near Tonawanda in New York. Number of eggs that can be laid by a female goby; Possibility of a link between the fish and the spread of contaminants and botulism; Efforts of Goehle and William Culligan, a biologist at the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, to keep the fish from spreading.
