Slaughters advises dating service Meetic on Euronext placement

Reports that law firm Slaughter and May's Paris, France, office has introduced online dating service Meetic to Euronext in an IPO. One of the first French organizations to float under new European Prospectus Directive rules; Slaughters partner Eric Grangeon recommended by the banks because regular local adviser Meyrier Fayout Lacoste does not have experience in international IPOs.
