This article highlights the importance of communication to business. Communication is the foundation for healthy relationships and, in a community, for progress and growth. He gave pointers on how to communicate with colleagues, like understanding what is important to other people and finding common ground with your colleagues. In addition, communication is one of the factors that cause job stress. And financial planners are more prone to this stress because of their constant contact with their clients.
