Reports that lawyers taking part in the pro bono effort to help the victims of the July 2005 suicide bombings in London, England, have been attacking the government-run compensation scheme. Number of applications received by the government's Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority as a result of the July 7 bombs; Statement issued by the Solicitors Pro Bono Group about the scheme; Authority's denial of press reports that there are delays of up to 15 months on payments.
