ABSTRACT
This article discusses the relevance of implementing a learning agenda to improve corporate growth and deliver competitive advantage. Learning agenda can help close the expectations gap, align executive interests and commitments and lay the foundation for continuing professional and organizational success. The key challenge for marketing organizations is to address learning objectives in an intentional fashion. They must establish the discipline, processes and approaches to enable collaborative learning throughout the enterprise. And to be successful, learning agenda should not be seen as an added work.
