Reports that Gate Gourmet Inc.'s general counsel has blamed the Transport & General Workers' Union for aggravating events surrounding its dismissal of staff for striking in Great Britain. Number of staff dismissed by Gate Gourmet; Failure of the trade union to renounce the industrial action making the strike official; Gate Gourmet's inability to selectively re-engage dismissed staff until November 2005; Provision of British employment law concerning the dismissal of staff while taking part in an official action.
