This article reports that in July 2005, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor Roy Grizzard, who heads the department's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), announced a comprehensive guide and related Web site to ensure federal-government workplace emergency plans which address the needs of people with disabilities. In connection with the announcement, ODEP launched a new Web page dedicated to workplace emergency-preparedness issues and related resources.
