Samsung ties up with Channel V to promote Yepp T8

The article reports that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has linked with Channel V for a series of concerts to promote its Yepp T8 MP3 player. The tie-up will include a fully integrated campaign spearheaded by the concerts, supported by TV, print, radio, outdoor and online executions. Targeted at the 18- to 25-year-old, technology-oriented market, the concerts will be held in Hong Kong in China, Taiwan and Thailand, culminating in Shanghai, China. Samsung marketing planning group director Kim Se Heon said the tie-up would provide a platform for further growth, especially in China.
